A Section 35 dispersal zone is now in place across Kingston town centre
It will remain in force until 7:00 am on Monday September 14. The order provides officers with additional powers to address anti-social behaviour, crime and disorder. These powers will be used proportionately to protect residents, businesses and visitors and to help keep Kingston town centre safe.
