In the early morning of this Tuesday at the Algecireña prison in Botafuegos a red code was activated, all the workers of the establishment knew that a prison official had been attacked. Another one on this year’s 2025 list that promises to exceed last year’s one when in prisons depending on penitentiary institutions, Catalans who are dependent on the Generalitat were removed, there were just over 500 attacks on prison workers.
