A Police Officer Faces Charges After an Intervention in Kłodzko. "The Measures Used Were disproportionate."

The District Prosecutor's Office in Dzierżoniów has charged a police officer from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław with using violence against a detained man who offered no resistance and complied with orders. According to investigators, the officer allegedly struck the man while handcuffing him, breaking his nose.
