A new leafy pedestrian boulevard has opened in the heart of Brisbane

The shared zone includes 26 new trees, 12 benches and bike racks, and the full green spine will stretch 245 metres.

The street was shut to cars seven years ago. It’s now reopened as a leafy shared walking and cycling path.
