New York man gets prison time for raping teen girl in Salem
A 34-year-old man pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including rape, in Essex Superior Court Monday, where a judge sentenced him to prison for assaulting a teen girl in her sleep, prosecutors said.Anthony Bowden, of Albany, New York, pleaded guilty to rape, open and gross lewdness and distributing obscene matter to a minor, Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker’s office said in a statement.
Prague crime scene investigators have arrested a 43-year-old man who, according to them, raped a 16-year-old girl in the second half of June. He had previously given her three doses of methamphetamine, after which the young woman was unconscious and unable to defend herself, Prague police spokesman Richard Hrdina reported.
