Mass. man arraigned after altercation in Milford led to man’s death
A Milford man appeared in court Monday on criminal charges related to an altercation that led to another man’s death over the weekend. John Bonnell, 60, faces charges of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and assault with intent to murder in Milford District Court. A judge ordered him held pending a dangerousness hearing on May 11.
A man died and a suspect is in custody in connection with an incident that led to a police investigation in Milford, Massachusetts, on Friday, prosecutors reported on Saturday. Previously, authorities had only confirmed that a person had been taken to a hospital. However, late Saturday, the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office reported that Michael Albro, a 54-year-old man from Medway, had died as a result of the incident.
