Lebanese customs authorities seized 3.5 tons of narcotics at the Port of Beirut that were intended to be smuggled to an African country, the state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported on Wednesday. Citing the Lebanese Finance Ministry, the NNA said that authorities had intercepted the shipment at the Port of Beirut before it was exported.
