JPNN.com - BATAM - A joint team from the National Narcotics Agency, Customs and Excise, and the Riau Islands Regional Police have apprehended a Tanzanian-flagged vessel suspected of carrying 2.6 tons of liquid methamphetamine in the waters off Tanjung Parit, Bengkalis, Riau. The vessel was flying the Tanzanian flag and was named MV Ocean Porter. Initial investigations indicate the vessel was previously known as MV Rain Maker.
