A man who was participating in a hunt died on Tuesday night from an accidental gunshot wound inflicted by another hunter, in the municipality of Landete (Cuenca).
A hunter died on Tuesday night in the county of Landete after being accidentally shot by another participant on a hunting day. The event occurred at around 2220 hours at a stop near kilometer 20 of the CM-2200 road. Despite the intervention of an emergency medical team and a basic life support ambulance, the man could not be revived and died at the scene of the incident. The Civil Guard took over the investigation of the accident.
