Dover Police have arrested two teens-- 18-year-old Angel Sanabria and a 15-year-old male-- following a firearm investigation. Sanabria was taken into custody during a traffic stop near Presidents Drive and Bay Road, where he was found with a handgun despite being prohibited from possessing firearms.
