GRANDIN, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a blown tire is to blame for a crash that injured 12 people, including 10 children. The patrol says a Ford Transit van was southbound on I-29 about 3 miles north of Grandin around 3:30 p.m. Thursday when the left rear tire blew out.
