A Court in Donostia Will Address the Death of Txomin Letamendi, a Victim of Francoist Repression

The judge declared the two alleged torturers dead, and the trial will be held under voluntary jurisdiction. According to the NGO, the aim is to clarify the judicial truth about the death of the pro-government activist.
