A Burlington man is facing charges after police say a burglary victim turned in home security camera footage showing him breaking into their home. It happened Sunday in the 500 block of Summer Street. 30-year-old Tremaine McElrath was identified by police in that footage and was arrested in the 300 block of Angular Street shortly after. He’s being charged with 2nd degree Burglary and is being held in the Des Moines County Jail.
