A 48-year-old woman from Olomouc was lucky when she almost fell for a hoax from a fake police officer and a banker. They convinced her that in order to save her savings, she had to take out a loan of 800,000 crowns and hand over 490,000 crowns to a courier. An employee of the bank from which she wanted to withdraw the money convinced her that it was a scam and called the police.
