Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba visited China on Wednesday. This was his first ever visit to the Middle Kingdom since the beginning of the greatest war of this century on the European continent in February two years ago. The People's Republic of China and Ukraine are partially on opposing sides of the conflict. However, the visit of the head of Ukrainian diplomacy is interesting and somewhat unusual for several other reasons as well.
