The Christmas market in Herford, Germany, was turned into a scene of brutal violence on Thursday. A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the back in a side street near the market. The attacker was believed to be a teenager of Iraqi nationality a year younger.
A 16-year-old teenager was brutally stabbed at a Christmas market in Herford, North Rhine-Westphalia, on Thursday. According to the Bild newspaper, the boy staggered in the street, begging for help with a knife sticking out of his back, before collapsing in front of a church. Police later caught the alleged perpetrator, a 16-year-old migrant from Iraq who they already knew well.
