75-Year-Old Retired Cop Shoots Himself in the Leg During Training Hosted by Flagler Sheriff's Office

Charles Dee Rowsell, a 75-year-old Palm Coast resident and retired law enforcement officer, was participating in a firearms qualification course hosted by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office when he shot himself in the leg while holstering his gun this afternoon, according to a sheriff's report.
