65-year-old Jens Grund has just won the title of "Fittest on Earth" at the CrossFit Games in the USA. This is according to the Keep Moving association, of which Jens Grund is a co-founder. The competition was held in San Jose, California. He won in his age group (65-69 years old). Jens Grund, a journalist and former editor-in-chief of a number of media outlets, is the first Dane to win an individual world title at the competition.
