In Plauen in the Vogtland there is now a special residential project. A listed building from the Gründerzeit has been converted into a WG-house for apprentices and students. Almost 20 people can live here in a modern and inexpensive way. The special thing: behind the concept are two young people who have studied themselves recently. In just five months they have implemented a courageous plan.
