40 years of the WV Pumpkin Festival: Fan-favorite event returns next month

In its 40th year, the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival continues to bring giant pumpkins, family and educational activities, local artisans and more to the community. The four-day event will return next month from Thursday to Sunday, Oct. 2-5, 2025, at One Pumpkin Way, Milton, West Virginia. This year’s theme is “Gourdy, Gourdy Look Who’s 40.”
