The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) announced that charges were laid in the death of Ryan Nagy, who lived at a home on the 7600-block of 17th Avenue. The teen was fatally injured when Burnaby RCMP arrived at the home shortly after 7 a.m. PT on June 29, 2023, and died at the scene despite life-saving efforts.
