3 physicists share Nobel Prize for work on quantum science

The more than century-old prize, worth 10 million Swedish crowns ($902,315), is awarded by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. Last year, scientists Syukuro Manabe, Klaus Hasselmann and Giorgio Parisi shared the physics prize.
