Police have so far registered 28 cases in connection with the demolition of boundary walls and houses in Muzaffarpur. Seven people have been arrested. Two FIRs were filed on August 29th. The seventh arrest was made on the same day, of JCB owner Subodh, who was the one who demolished the boundary wall. The FIRs were filed by Asha Devi and Vijay Kumar.
