27-year-old snowboarder dies after head-first crash at Stevens Pass

A 27-year-old snowboarder died from an accident on Stevens Pass Thursday, Jan. 8. The male snowboarder was reported unconscious at 12 p.m. at the Stevens Pass ski area, prompting an emergency response from the King County Sheriff’s Office.
