Man Hospitalized After Daylight Shooting in Langley: RCMP
Police say there is no ongoing risk to the public as investigators seek dash cam footage and a possible motive in the early-stage case.
- Langley RCMP responded to a targeted shooting on Saturday in the 5400 block of Brydon Crescent, where one 27-year-old man was wounded in the attack.
- Frontline Officers arrived near 54th Avenue around 12:30 p.m. to find the victim and physical evidence consistent with a shooting at the scene.
- Emergency Health Services transported the patient to hospital in serious condition; Police later described the injuries as non-life-threatening.
- Sgt. Zynal Sharoom of Langley RCMP said the investigation remains in early stages as Police work to determine the motive, with no ongoing public risk.
