Vaibhav Singh, a 23-year-old PhD scholar, died after falling from the 27th floor of Ghaziabad's Pratik Grand City Society late Tuesday evening. Vaibhav, a resident of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, had been staying with his aunt and uncle for the past week. He was pursuing a PhD from Deshbandhu College in Delhi. No suicide note was found at the scene.
