This April 25th marked 20 years since the beginning of the ‘Pinguine Revolution’, a student movement that paralysed nearly 100 educational establishments between April and June 2006. Initiated by the students of the Liceo A-45 Carlos Cousiño de Lota, who took up their establishment demanding urgent infrastructure improvements, the movement summoned thousands of secondary students.
