2 taken to hospital after 4-vehicle crash near Highway 501 and Dodge Lane

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Two people were taken to the hospital Thursday morning in a four-vehicle crash in the area of Highway 501 near Dodge Lane, according to Horry County Fire Rescue. HCFR was dispatched at 7:18 a.m.. and the crash blocked southbound lanes of traffic while first responders worked in the area.
