JACKSON, Tenn. — Two Memphis men face charges after 25 rounds were fired in a Jackson neighborhood Monday, according to the Jackson Police Department. Police say Central Dispatch received a ShotSpotter alert at approximately 5:24 p.m. Monday indicating 25 rounds fired in the area of 132 Lincoln Circle.
