HOUSTON —According to the Houston Police Department, a man was arrested after a fatal crash on Friday morning at the Smith and Elgin intersection. The suspect, a Hispanic man, fled at high speed after colliding two cars in Smith’s 2700 block. After passing a red light, a white Lexus hit, which caught fire after crashing into a building.
