Prosper Police announced they arrested two teens in connection to an overnight graduation party where a medical emergency left several high school students sick and sent 8 to the hospital.
The Prosper Police reported the arrest of two young suspects in connection with the case of other teenagers in an incident of a graduation party. Subjects were identified as Kyle Muchineuta, 17 years old, and Cesar Omana, 18 years old. Both were arrested without problems and taken to Collin County Prison following an arrest warrant for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance.
