CLOQUET — What is commonly referred to as the “crown jewel” of Cloquet’s parks system celebrated the grand opening of a $1.7 million pavilion. The structure, which has both indoor and outdoor covered space, will serve as the gateway to 11 miles of trails that traverse Pine Valley Park's 243 acres.
