CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A 17-year-old was killed in an early morning shooting near Uptown, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Around 3 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 100 block of Winding Path Way near East 10th Street.
