17-year-old in Umeå with connection to the 764 network detained - suspected of serious crimes

A 17-year-old who has been identified as a member of a sadistic network with international ramifications was arrested at a school in Umeå in early April. SVT Nyheter can now reveal that he is in custody and suspected of several new serious crimes.
