A 17-year-old driver has been arrested in connection with an October crash that killed a 15-year-old in Glastonbury. The crash happened on Oct. 24 just before 9 p.m. on Hebron Avenue. According to police, the 17-year-old was speeding and lost control of the car, crossing the center line and crashed into two oncoming vehicles.
