Jamir De’Jawn “JD” Russ is charged with two counts of capital murder in the slaying of Temekia Fluker. The warrants were issued for charges of shooting from a vehicle and shooting into an occupied residence, both resulting in Fluker’s death, Sylacauga Police Chief Kelley Johnson announced Monday.
