Holbrook police are seeking to identify a driver who struck a 16-year-old girl and fled the scene Wednesday afternoon. A 911 caller reported the crash near 10 North Shore Road around 2:30 p.m., police said. The preliminary investigation indicates the victim was walking home from a nearby bus stop when she saw a vehicle traveling toward her along the shoulder of the road.
