Palm Springs Police officers conducting routine patrols on Vista Chino and Via Miraleste streets saw a 15-year-old teenager riding a motorcycle and running red lights. They immediately ordered him to stop. Upon searching him, they found a gun. They arrested him and took him to the Indio Juvenile Hall.
