13-year-old airlifted to hospital after ‘stabbing’ in Eastbourne
Police said a group of young people left the scene as officers seek witnesses and footage to identify those involved.
- On Saturday at 17:10 BST, a 13-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital after sustaining a stabbing injury on Grand Parade in Eastbourne, near the junctions of Elms Avenue and Cavendish Place, Sussex Police reported.
- Police are currently searching for a group of young people seen leaving the scene shortly after the incident. "A group of young people were seen leaving the scene, and work is ongoing to locate them," the force added.
