A tornado-like wind wreaked havoc in Vâlcea. "God forbid! I can't believe I escaped alive"

Summary by Stirile Antena 1 Observator
The weather is holding us back. In the Capital, we went through several seasons in one day, from sun, to snow and hail. And in Vâlcea, a terrible wind, with the power of a tornado, ripped off the roof of a multi-storey car park and destroyed several cars. Since morning, almost the entire country has been shaking. It was the coldest April 8 in the last half century - 45 weather stations recorded thermal records.
