Police in Dowa District have arrested 12 people at Dzaleka Refugee Camp on suspicion of committing various crimes. Dowa Police spokesperson, Sub-Inspector Alice Sitima, said two of the suspects, Jofule Sumaili, 18, and Chriss Pululu, 20, both from the Democratic Republic of Congo, are suspected of having sex with a minor.
