Two men have been arrested and charged after the pair was accused of stealing a car with a 1-year-old child in the backseat in New Castle County, Delaware, which set in motion an Amber Alert, according to news reports.It all took place Wednesday night, where 42-year-old Randy Purnell, of New Castle, and 35-year-old Aaron Douglas, of Laurel, have been charged with kidnapping, theft of a motor vehicle and other crimes.
