CANYON, Texas (April 3, 2026) - The road swing for Texas Woman's softball continued Friday afternoon with its toughest task yet: a doubleheader against the top-ranked West Texas A&M Lady Buffs. Despite playing the home team close in the opener, the Pioneers dropped game one, 5-4, followed by a 15-7 defeat in six innings — only the second time both games of a doubleheader have resulted in losses this season.
