Kingston, Ont. police say one person has been arrested after alleged threats that led to city hall being shut down Tuesday and Wednesday.

City Hall to reopen on Thursday after alleged threats

The City of Kingston have confirmed that Kingston City Hall will open on Thursday and return to operation as normal. City Hall was suddenly closed on Tuesday afternoon, and remained closed with little information shared with the public outside of the matter being deemed a “security concern”.
