Davidson has been with VCFPD since 2011 (part time) and 2017 full time. He was promoted to Division Chief on June 29, 2023. He was promoted to Fire Captain in 2017.
Before entering the fire service Davidson had an earlier career as an engineering manager at Hewlett-Packard.
