A 21-year-old Los Angeles County woman who had been missing since Christmas Day has been found, authorities announced Thursday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said Sara Powell disappeared near the 15700 block of Fellowship Street in the city of Valinda on Dec. 25, with a possible destination of Baldwin Park.
