Man convicted in fatal boating accident could get probation in only 120 days – Newstalk KZRG

A man from Sunrise Beach, Missouri received a 10-year-sentence for his involvement in a fatality boating accident. However, Bobby Gene Childers could receive only probation following completion of a 120-day “shock” treatment program. 44-year-old Nicolette McKenna, a passenger in the boat, died at the scene.
