The crash happened on Aug. 5, when German Township police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash on State Route 4. The driver of the car, later identified as Kelsey Elizabeth Slivinski, 24, was killed in the crash. The investigation also revealed the defendant has no driver's license, was driving in excess of 80 mph, and was an undocumented immigrant living in the United States illegally.See the Story
