Marmora Council approves rezoning allowing for resort

Marmora and Lake Council has approved a rezoning application for a piece of property on Marble Point Road that will allow for an expanded resort. Marmora Retreat exists on 39 acres of land that was zoned Marginal Agriculture (MA) .
