A vehicle with two male suspects was reported to have pulled up alongside a female walking and asked if she wanted a ride. The female declined and walked away. The vehicle continued to follow the female at a slow rate of speed until it stopped. Both occupants exited the vehicle and attempted to force the female into the front of the vehicle.
